The Problem! Dust, Dust Mites, Mold, Bacteria, Pet Dander, and Fungus living in your duct system!!   
  
The Solution Duct cleaning with our Power Vacuum Truck 
First we use a high-powered vacuum for source removal of all duct contaminants. Our truck mounted power vac is capable of producing up to 15,000 CFM (Cubic Feet Per Minute) of air flow. This allows us in most cases to place the entire system under vacuum at one time. In addition, all contaminants are drawn from the duct system outside into the collection box of the truck. There is no chance of any recontamination due to clogged filters or worn filter gaskets as can be the case with electric portable vacuum's. (These vacuum's recirculate the air inside your home) The second part of this process is agitation. Just moving air through your duct system WILL NOT remove anything other than some lose dust close to the vacuum. Once we have set up and started the source removal vacuum we go to the registers and clean them with an antimicrobial cleaner. Each vent is then covered to help ensure no debris is blown back into your home during the agitation process. One or two vents at the end of the system will be left open to maximize airflow. Next one of two proven agitation systems consisting of either low rpm pneumatic brushes, or "air whips” depending on the style, and condition of the duct's will be used. This agitation system will be fed through the duct dislodging any contaminants and move them into the vacuum. After the duct system is cleaned we will turn our attention to your air handler. Most fungus and mold problems start here in the air conditioning coils. It's cold, dark and wet. The perfect breading ground for micro-organisms that can make you sick! We will air clean the return section, cooling coils, and heat exchanger. In somecases, we will complete the process with our ducts sanitizer, which is guaranteed for one full year to protect against mold spores fungus and bacteria growth inside the duct, and air handler system.
