To My Customer's,

I started Modern Environmental after seeing a lack of companies specialized in cleaning both older, and newer HVAC systems. Not only for health reasons like good Indoor Air Quality, but also as part of a well maintained system after construction, or renovation work was completed. A clean system will move air much more efficiently than a dirty one. That means a lot in today’s ever climbing fuel cost! 

I started out in this business working for another duct cleaning company with a "patented technology".  I was getting some complaints early on and decided to do some research. I discovered they were doing about one third of the job, and in many cases this was more detrimental then no cleaning at all. I am currently in the process of getting in touch with those customers and redoing there homes and businesses at no cost to them.

Unfortunately for the consumer that other company was more worried about a bottom line than what they were selling. Get in get out, convincing you your house could be done for $25.00 in an add, or on the phone! (Ever notice this usually turns into a $300.00 servicing by the time they are done?) I'm sure you've seen these types of ads. I can assure you that the only thing you will get out of this type of "Blow & Go" air duct cleaning are wiped clean registers, and a bad feeling. Your health isn't something that a quick buck should be made on.  I give you my word that your hard earned money will be well spent with us. There are many mechanical contractors out there, and many HVAC service companies to choose from. A lot of them are starting to pick up duct cleaning as an "extra money maker". Here at Modern Environmental, your Indoor Air Quality is our number one concern, not a secondary fill in. 

I have been in the HVAC, and electrical field for over 12 years. I started out in the electrical union (LU#269) working for my father as an apprentice. His mainstay of work consisted of installing and troubleshooting building automation systems for companies such as Honeywell, Sieman's, and Landis. There I learned the ins and outs of how these types of systems work. Ranging from most of the Casino's in Atlantic City, to a wide range of school projects, and numerous jobs for the government, US Army and USAF. I have gained extensive training and experience in both air, and water systems.
